arrival: The second stage of the pilgrim’s journey; includes trials, challenges, and a deep interior quest. The place where the pilgrim’s journey and the Divine intersect. Learn more »
departure: The first stage of the pilgrim’s journey; includes the inspiration for and initiation of the journey. As the search begins, the pilgrim transitions to the stage of arrival through impending trials, challenges, and questioning, which bring forth vulnerability and lead to surrender. Learn more »
Inner Witness: The indwelling of the Holy Spirit; the place within where the true self and the Divine meet.
intention: A purpose or hope; to live and journey with intention is to live and journey with purpose, awareness, and desire.
journey: A storied movement in life and in time resulting in transformation. It is chiefly an interior quest, but can be influenced by exterior passage, as with traditional pilgrimage.
return: The third and final stage of the pilgrim’s journey. Because of the events of arrival, a shift occurs and the pilgrim engages life newly transformed. Learn more »

synchronicity: The uncanny occurrence of the meeting of needs, of the encountering of people, or of things coming together perfectly, making it seem that the stars have aligned to help the pilgrim on her journey.
True Self: The whole self as created by God; the essence of your being for which you journey to reveal.
